Urban Grind Roofing did a great job! They offered a free inspection, and we found out our shingle was discontinued. They notified us we had plenty of wind and hail damage. Brad walked us through the entire claim process and made it too easy! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dirk who was phenomenal. Nothing but honesty from these guys. Not to mention the crews worked so fast and did a great job. We love our new roof!

They performed a free inspection of my roof and advised there was significant wind and hail damage. Together we contacted the insurance company and filed a claim for damage. Insurance company sent a third part inspector to inspect for damage, take photos and file a report. Urban Grind accompanied the inspector to assure accuracy of findings by inspector. The insurance company was quick to accept the claim, provided a detailed estimate and sent a check to cover a full roof replacement minus my deductible. Urban Grind made the roof replacement working around some weather delays. All work was completed in just 2 days. A thorough cleanup and haul off of all old roofing materials was quickly done upon completion of work on the roof as well. The crew worked well together and they worked hard to have the roof completed before the next rain forecast. Overall they did a great job in a short time, and insurance covered it all except for my deductible. Best of all, no upselling, no surprises or hidden costs.
